About Caesura

Caesura (read as “cee-zoo-ra”) represents a metrical pause between two phrases. A space after one word ends and before another one starts.

The pause needs not be filled. I use it to bring back my attention and focus on the present. Similarly, with this newsletter I attempt to find more focus in my everyday life of perpetual distractions.

I do so through writing, running and reading among other things.
